The brush sizes are 6.5mm x 7.5mm x 12.5mm....just search ebay for this size and they fit 91223 and 91222 Chicago grinders
Not knowing where you live, I have quite a large selection of brushes if you ever slide through my town.... And we can always file down a bigger one to fit... A
Well according to this website where this grinder is sold, and in the manual, it states that the tool accepts 4 inch accessories with either 5/8" or 7/8" arbor hole (arbor diameter is 5/8" with a 7/8" adapter). So technically you could purchase ANY brand of accessories as long as you stick to those specs. The website does sell a few accessories, but with that information, you should be able to find much more online and in stores.
Did you mean you need one of the replacement Carbon Brushes? If so, the manual doesn't give a specific size, but there are many available online, and perhaps you can figure out the dimensions for the one you need.Try here, and scroll down the page for more sizes.
Harbor Freight(tm) usually has a manual for each tool they sell, and that manual usually has an exploded diagram of the tool, and a list of all its little parts.http://manuals.harborfreight.com/manuals/91000-91999/91222.pdf Strangely this manual shows one brush, rather than the usual two. Although just because a part is listed in a manual does not mean they actually sell all those little replacement parts separately. I think you have to call customer support ( 800-444-3353) and ask about that part. In the event they do not sell the brushes separately, you should try to measure the dimensions of the brushes, and then set out on a quest to replace them somewhere else. I'm not sure where you'd start looking. I tried Google(tm), and this place came up, and they've got lots of pictures.http://www.repcoinc.com/brushes/reference.asp Also if you just want to look at pictures of brushes, there is of course Google Images:http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&tbm=isch&q=motor+brushes There's no telling where your quest might take you. I don't know if there are actual brick-and-mortar stores that have motor brushes. Or maybe it is possible to fabricate them, or grind a brush down a brush from something else into a shape that fits your motor.
