"Where can I learn Electronics?" ? Answered

People are always asking the same question.
How can I tell them the best place without getting cut down for self promotion. (text published by mcgraw hill)?
I'm currently working on a set of videos to support the book. They'll  be posted on "instructables" and YouTube.

The Maker Shed sells lots of great books on learning electronics. They also sell the tools and equipment you need to do some "hands on" learning.

Tricky, I wouldn't say there is a "best" place online, because you can't teach it all. There are some damned good books which help, your solution isn't likely to be the "best", good, maybe, but electronic engineering is a very complex subject. What is "Electronics" in the sense you mean ? Will you cover microwave theory ? Smith charts ? S parameters ? or will you go to TeraHertz waves as well. My electronic engineering degree covered control engineering, heavy power electronics, microwaves and microcontrollers, and that was 25 years ago ! The field hasn't got smaller.
