Are you sure this is Galinstan ? Having looked at making some for an instrument at work, I think you'll have difficulty buying the gallium and indium in small quantities.
Be aware the stuff etches metals quite badly.

They did not have galinstan. Galinstan is gallium, indium, and tin, not bismuth, tin, and lead.
