Stick to the things you have made and the pictures of them. Add some of the theory & background but not so much as it's mostly theorectical.

If somebody were to lift the Wikihow article and plonk it straight into Instructables, and they were not the original author, they would be breaking copyright *and* this site's rules.

If you want to see an Instructable on intensive fish farming, and you think that the wikihow contains useful instructions, then I suggest that you follow the wikihow, take plenty of pictures as you do, and take careful note of everywhere you deviate from or modify what the wikihow says.

You then use your notes and your photos to write your *own* Instructable on fish farming, making sure that you also refer back to the wikihow aricle and any other resources you used.

Then you can do it yourself - click the "submit new instructable" button to the top-right of the page, and follow the instructions.

You can copy-paste text over, but you will need plenty of your own images to flesh it out.

That's not how instructables works.
