Who chose the best answer? Answered

Is it possible for non-admins to tell who selected a "best answer" as the "best"?

Only the person who asked the question, or an admin, can select the best answer. Generally we like the author to do so. As of right now, we don't actually track who it was.

As the author of the question, you can change who has the "best" answer.

I don't know who did mark the best, but it is correct, and you did not specify that only amusing answers were allowed.

(BTW, it's a weird thing, where did you pick it up?)

charity shop probably , over 10 years ago. long before i was internetting.
i did plan to let the question roll for about a week.

think i should have specified what you think it 'could' be used for, without trawling through google images or alike.

The question is who chose the best answer. That would only be the correct answer if you'd chosen it.

I hate when people don't select a best answer, completely defeats the purpose.
