Will an Adafruit Pro Trinket work vice the Arduino Gemma? Answered

I already have an Adafruit Pro Trinket... Will this chip work in place of an Arduino Gemma? (I will purchase the Gemma anyway for the first time doing the project but I think I will make 2 of them...
