Which form of Petroleum do you want to know about? I don't think Petroleum will fully vaporize. Why would you want it to vaporize? If you could pull it off you would still be releasing a bunch of carbon into the air.
Also, depends on the pressure.If you put gasoline in a vacuum, it will quickly become vapour at room temperature.
