bread burned? Answered

Whenever we have Jugo, a moist and warm wind, all bread is burned, even if the baking time is shorter. Any idea how to adjust the recipes?

Huh. That wind is either due to a high pressure or low pressure system. Have you tried baking your bread in a cooler oven?
