can I make my Verizon LG phone into a PDF reader? Answered

Anybody ever use their cell phone as a PDF reader? I wonder if it's possible to do. I have a lot of books on file that I would like to read on the go, but don't want to buy a Kindle since the tech is so new that it is too expensive and still in its infancy.

Is this any good? I don't know your phone, but searching led me about here:

I was looking for "pdf viewer" and other keywords.

Thank you, I will look into that, although I don't have a one of their "smart phones". Since most new phones are equipped to handle all sorts of apps and other non-telephone related devices, I would imagine it wouldn't be too difficult to use it as a reader as well. Thanks for the link!

text is awfully itsy bitsy...I just got a Droid and although it's cool, I was surprised at how tiny everything is in the browser...wish I was under 40 again so I still had my eagle eyes working...da^%$^m aging. Time to buy myself some 3.75 reading glasses.

However, I suppose you could, if you can open a PDF viewer from the phone. That is the fundamental question....
