The parts will anly draw the current they need. As long as the parts don't need more than the power source can offer and the voltage is right then you will be fine.

The Pi will run off 5V. The battery isn't going to give it more than that. Amperage is not pushed out to a device. The device draws the water out like a bucket draws water from a well.

ok good point, so buy the 6600 milliamp and not the 2000 milliamp this is the decision I may make...

Yes the higher the mAh rating the longer the battery will last.
