What you need is a 110V to 12V adapter, such as http://www.sourcingmap.com/110220v-12v-power-adapter-converter-car-charger-p-27467.html (I am not recommending this model, it's just one of my Google hits).As ShutterBugger said, you need to check the power (amperage) requirements on your pump and make sure you get a wall-wart that can handle that load.

Yes, but not directly. You need to connect the pump to a 12 volt "Wall Wort" that can handle the power requirements... then plug the wall wort into the 110 volt outlet.
