can a piezo electric igniter kill someone? Answered

im gonna make a taser thing out of a electric lighter will it kill? amd what volts will it discharge

 No, they can't. They don't even make a big shock. I can shock myself 30 times and not fell anything when I stop. I'm not sure how much voltage it is, but I'd say 1-2 volts.

nope tested it mine are 112 volts

 piezo's should be around... say 10,000 volts based on spark length

depends on humidity and other factors, but yeah that would be about 10kV

No. It has no current just high voltage it is the high voltage which causes the spark
To make a small taser use a small transformer the wrong way round driven by a 555 timer circuit, plenty of simply circuits on the net
