can you solve this 3rd puzzle? Answered

This is another puzzle. I hope it is a little harder. and since iproberry1 got the first 2 right he can't do this one.(that and he helped me with this one) so here it is.

Just reversed the cipher.
ZEBRA = 1_ _ _ 26
   and
(0x040) = sp  in  OCTAL

You know, a numeric cipher like this is much more effective when you don't just number the letters in order from A=1 to Z=26. Try mixing them up a little.

Urgh?!? That's fascinating. I copy-and-pasted directly from the displayed characters on the Wikibooks page I cited. The characters displayed properly while I was editing the comment, and even after I hit [Post], but now they're showing as non-displayable Unicode boxes. Oh, well. Unintelligible in any event.
