 please give me the hex file for this this is urrgent and if do this i follow you

If you tell people what your error code it they are quite likely to be able to de-bug the source for you.

And if not, can't you get a compiler? There _MUST_ be basic C compilers available free for just about every computer architecture ever created, and if you want an IDE I'd bet Eclipse can be configured to work with most of them.

Just buy a M series Picaxe the have HBTY built in to every chip.
