The same way you would tile your bathroom.

Indoors, mastick. The mastick is only applied to the back of the tile. The spaces between the tiles are filled with grout of a suitable color for your scheme. Once the grout has been finished off, it is allowed to dry for a few days and then sealed with a silicone sealant. Do not grout tiles using mastick!

Where?

Indoors or out doors?

Horizontal or vertical?

Walked on? Sat on? Just for display?

I used special tileglue for bathrooms and a waterproof filler to make a waterproof mosaic floor

You could use tile cement... place your pieces... grout it... then paint with tile sealer

You can use epoxy. Or you can use shower tile grout.
