I think you would use a recipe similar to canning other greens but wasn't sure about silting the green first or cold packing them

I usually freeze them after dipping them in boiling water for 5 minutes and then draining them. You should squeeze as much water as you can out of them before freezing them.

These people say "freeze or dry"
This is generally what I found for the green parts.
