how do you make magnesium sulfate, calcium chloride, or nigari? Answered

I want to make tofu from store bought soy milk. I need nigari. I could also use magnesium sulfate or calcium chloride. How do I make any or all of these?

http://recipes.epicurean.com/recipe/11480/homemade-tofu.html Note: To make nigari dampen 5 pounds of sea salt with cold water. Tie dampened sea salt in a cloth sack and hang over a bowl in a cool dark place. The liquid that drips from the sack is nigari( sea brine). I hope this is what you wanted.

Magnesium sulphate is Epsom salts, you could probably buy them. I would advise buying over making for both. Google them?
