I need a recipe for stage blood that in inexpensive and washes out after use.

I think it's red food coloring and corn syrup

Red food color stains, and corn syrup is super sticky, i tried adding fruit punch to my mixture for the x-tra blood color. i splattered it on our sidewalk for awesome effects for halloween. Itlasted for weeks. really messy.
