how to make a Pulsed diode array: 810 nm? Answered

I would like to make a Pulsed diode array: 810 nm for my own use, but have not been able to find any schematics on how to do so. Can any one help me in building this unit?

nanometer, light wave length. 810nm happens to be in the infrared part of the spectrum.

I put it there because I wanted whom ever looked at the post to know what portion of the spectrum I wanted the array to be in.

okay... why do you want it pulsed, why not have it just "on"?

The pulsing is to keep the heat down in the array head unit other wise the array will destroy its self
