I have a spinning wheel attachment for a treadle sewing machine...made by Schacht Spinning wheel co , i think. here is a video of a similar device.

Actually the device I have was probably made by Clemes and Clemes...

You'll need to expose the flywheel of the treadle, but I can't really say more without seeing what you've got to work with. Any chance of some photos?
