how to wire an laptop screen to a pc?
. As a general rule, you don't. The screens usually require special driver circuits which are most often soldered onto the laptop mobo. :( . But I'm no expert. Maybe someone has an answer you will like.

+1 not possible without an electronics engineering degree -- even if you know how, every one is different.
so why do I see all the laptop screens being used on an overhead projector without the laptop as a big screen projector?
if its a laptop screen, 99% of the time the original laptop is being used. All the ones I've seen have been using a re-purposed lcd monitor, not a laptop. Difference being the monitor is designed to take a video signal, the laptop needs direct driving from a signal converter which is not readily available and usually proprietary to a given laptop.
As NachoMahma said: You probably cant. It would be easier to use the whole laptop as a remote console, via VNC or Windows Remote or some tool of that sort.
but their doing it,,,all kinds of projects but no wiring instructions
With wire. Why not use an old EIDE-ribbon? L
