You can remove 100% Bad Smell and Odour of Tyre Oil by Hydrogenation. As it is very Difficult Process requires High skill, Expensive Machinery and Hydrogen Gas Handling.
But You can partially remove upto 80% bad smell of Tyre oil along with Sulphur and Carbon. Generally Process as:1- Remove All of Moisture of Tyre Oil by passing through Anhydrous Sodium Sulphate Filter Chamber2- Very carefully made mixture of Methanol(30%) & Sulphuric Acid(70%) and cool this mixture3- ADD 6% of this Solution to moisture free Tyre Oil and mix it well for 45 minutes, maintain temperature less then 40 degree celcius. Give this mixture Stay for Minimum 5 Hours.4-Drain the Acid Sludge and add 2% Soda Ash and mix well for 45 min.5-Drain Soda Ash Sludge add 1% Fuller Earth or Activated Clay and Heat upto 60 degree with continous mixing and Filter through Press or Centifuge84-88% Yield Obtain of Brown Color, Transparent, low Sulphur , Low Carbon nearly Odorless Oil is Obtain. which can directly use in Diesel Engine with 30% mixing of Kerosen Oil or 50% mixing of pure diesel.You can improve Further qulity of oil with Change in Pyrolysis Plant Design , Distillation and use of Mixing of Plastic Scrap etc.Regards,HAMID RAFIQ

The simple answer is to add methoxide. This can be produced by mixing methanol(which can cause blindness, even via skin contact), with lye(which can cause severe chemical burns). After the oil and methoxide have been thoroughly mixed, you'd want to separate the Fatty Acid Methyl Ester(or F.A.M.E.) from the water mixture which remains. The FAME is very nearly what you want to run in your diesel engine, the only remaining steps being to clean it with a vinegar solution in order to ensure it doesn't eat your engine due to a PH which is too high(called "washing"), and then heating it until the remaining water based liquid has all evaporated. So, in summary: 1) Mix methanol with lye to make methoxide. 2) Mix methoxide and oil to make FAME. 3) Mix FAME with vinegar to correct PH. 4) Heat to dry remaining water out of fuel. Please note that this is a very rough description of how the process works, there are specifics involved which are necessary for safety and product quality reason which are simply not included here for conciseness.

Note that this will produce larger amounts of ethanol as well, which can be used as fuel for generators and other unleaded internal combustion engines. Lye can be produced by leeching ashes from almost any completely burned carbon based solid fuel by pouring water through them. It's best to mix the water and ash and then strain the ash out 2-3 days later. The water mixture you end up with is lye water. This can be concentrated by either letting it air dry for several days or by heating if you need quicker results. A high concentration of lye to water is important for making fuels or soaps.
