There is a ton of stuff about the arduino on the net. The side panel has lots of existing projects. adafruit.com might be a good starting place.

Are you looking for arduino instructables? Arduino is one of the sub-categories in the technology section. Click on technology and look for the arduino button across the top of the page or down the left side.

An areduino is an AVR microcontroller on a devellopmentboard. You won't find that in a PC.

No, as far as I know AVRs are not used in PCs
