Didn't you ask this already? Since i'm too lazy to look for the first question and in case your a different person here we go...Chances are the print head has dried up ink inside. If a few cycles of the printer doing a self cleaning doesn't help then you'll need to find your manual and look up how to remove and properly clean the head. This is a common problem with this style of printer. Where the print head is on the machine and not on the cartridge. In some cases this means sightly cheaper ink but you have to deal with the ink drying out in the heads during periods where your not printing much.
