pro membership Answered

Even though I have a pro membership,I keep getting prompted to sign in and then, each step of an instructable is in a little box.  Can someone please help?


Hi, Porcupinemamma; welcome back. This was an ongoing problem last week, for several days. You may have some invalid cookies and or cached pages on your machine, which are confusing the I'bles servers. Besides Randy's suggestion, you may also want to clear those parts of your browser history (cache and cookies), and then log into I'bles once more. That worked for me on Monday.

Try holding down the shift key and at the same time pressing refresh on your browser. Does this fix things?
