What is the best way to cook a standing rib roast?
I get tired of standing after a while. The last roast I did I used one of those giant hypodermic injectors and injected it with marinade. That way it gets all those nice spices in the inside as well as the outside. It works really good and most stores carry them in the kitchen appliance section.

I never made standing rib roast but i've made spare ribs in the oven several times. The trick, I find, is to wrap the whole thing in aluminium foil and roast it on a low heat for as long as possible. You can always remove the foil near the end to get a crisp finish on the meat. After that you can cut the meat with a spoon!
