He also mentions in his post in the arduino forum that there is a 2 second lag between the stick movement and the output voltage. I think he needed to use a smaller capacitor and/or resistor. You may also need a buffer amplifier if you need to use the output voltage to drive something.
Push them into an RC circuit - try 10K into 100uF.

Reading on an ordinary meter, it may well not do. There will be some ripple after the conversion. Better is to use an amplfier after the Original RC filter.

Your question may not be coming across well with a direct translation in English. Did you mean to ask how to convert the PWM inputs of a rc servo to accept 5v analog signals to control the servo? This instructable has some steps to use an arduino to read analog controls like a potentiometer and convert that to the digital PWM control signal in order to make the servo move.
