You'd only get banned if the administrators of the site had to take their own time to intercede in your posts for problems caused by you. Removing your own posts and those in your orange board isn't going to effect your standing at all. In other words... Not to worry... You're okay. :)

I removed a couple from my orangeboard, but their "slots" still stay there, and it looks as if the posters were naughty, so I stopped. Maybe there ought to be a "clear orangeboard" function.

Wat the devil is an orangeboard, anyway?

It can, as it is a homophone, however spelling it your is the instance of your meaning belonging to the subject of the sentence. So in your case, the sentence would be something along the lines of "The mean belongs to you", which is not grammatically correct for the sentence you were attempting. Kiteman's instance of you're means "You are" hence the apostrophe accounting for the missing "a", meaning this is the correct word for the sentence "You are mean."

Don't argue about grammar with Kiteman of all people. ;-P

1. Capital I;
2. Apostrophe in don't;
3. Capital I;
4. "Guess";
5. "Orange board" should be in quotation marks or italicised;
6. Full stop;
7. Capital A (it is also usually frowned upon to begin a sentence with "and", which makes 13 errors);
8. "What" should be italicised or in quotation marks;
9. Capital I;
10. Apostrophe missing from I'm;
11. "There";
12. Missing full stop.

Never try to out-pedant a teacher... ;-)

Ok for the capitals.

Though, i will not negotiate comma. =o)

If you don't know where to put them, just read your sentence in a loud voice, and when you're going out of breath, then, that means a comma is missing ;-)

Do you accept the deal ???

And you don't want to put them ? :-( You know, putting commas would require only one little effort from you. While not putting them requires big efforts from every persons who try to read and understand you. At long, they may feel unrespected and will stop to read you ... But if it's your choice, then, let it be ...

. Well said. And much more polite than I was. heehee . BTW, while your syntax/etc may seem a bit odd to my American "ear," it is very easy to understand. Much easier than whatever language gamer is speaking. ;) And certainly better than my French (none, other than a few common phrases that I probably mispronounce).

I don't mind to make some more progresses in english :-) I'll be glad that you tell me how good/bad it is, and you're welcome to help me to improve it (as long as the teacher doesn't make more mistakes than i do myself ...) I think that's one of the main reason i come here. :-)

. Dude! I know my grammar/spelling would make my teachers cringe in horror and that Kiteman's fingers get tangled up, sometimes. I also know that gamer5's (ab)use of the King's English is nigh onto criminal. . Ie, ppl who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. . If you cannot understand someone's writing, by all means, request clarification. But for a borderline illiterate to nitpick others' grammar/spelling is, well, almost humorous if it wasn't so sad. . . Now if you want to harass me (or Kiteman) about being too wordy or impolite, that I can accept. :)

. Whiteboard is a generic term for things like modern "chalkboards", poster pads on an easel, etc. Notice that this site has a lot of orange. I'm guessing they combined the two.
