+1 If you're willing to wait 3-6 weeks to get them in bulk from china then this is by far the cheapest I've ever found them and it's how I buy almost all my electrical components if lead time doesn't matter.
LEDs are cheap to begin with. If you still want to save some more you need to buy them in bulk.
