Lowes, Home Depot, building supply companies, lumber yards. Almost any place that sells building construction materials sells Tyvek.

Its been a few years since I have bought any, but as I recall, a 9' x 150' roll was around $150 U.S., with a contractor's discount. Just give your local store a call and ask them to quote a price.

Have I actually seen it on the shelves? No, I don't think I ever looked for on the shelves. But I have ordered it over the phone for pick up and it, along with the other materials I ordered, were there waiting for me when I arrived.
