Go for a brand name. I prefer the Canon HV40, but it is out of your defined range. If all you want to do is upload to Youtube without editing, which, my friend, is tantamount to heresy, then get a Flip Mino camcorder. If you want to import it into an editing program and clean it up, which is the more preferable option, then you don't want that camera enough. If you want quality video, be prepared to spend slightly more than $200. Your choice.

Go to walmart and get the walmart brand "Jazz" camcorder. It's not on walmarts website but can be bought in store.
