The prize used to be a t-shirt, but possibly due to the volume of entries Instructables cannot give out that many t-shirts.

how I got my first T-shirt
The store is down ,as well.
I hate people with bumper stickers, though. Just hate them. I don't know why. I just do.
I have ... several .. t-shirts.A bumper sticker, though, would be cool. They get a lot more eye-traffic than a t-shirt, and they're not very common in the UK, so it would stand out even more."More traffic" is the whole point, of course. The BQs help improve the site's googlability, which increases traffic, which increases the site's income. I don't think the site is breaking even yet, so think of answering a BQ as repayment to the site for hosting all your other stuff for free.(Sudden thought - I need to answer two BQ - we have two cars.)
by breaking even you mean...
getting back their money for the tech they bought?
...and the upkeep of the site, server space, bandwidth and whatever else a website costs to run.
. Just do it for the fame and glory - think of the prizes as minor "perquisites."
. Yeah, t-shirts are nice (I got mine the old-fashioned way, cold hard cash heehee), but it's the community and fellowship that matter.
What do I hear about bumper stickers??!!!
It would go really well on my mongoose tyax (white with orange logo)!
Ermm it's not that bad, think about it, a T-shirt is like $20 and there's at times 50 burning questions, that a grand of T-shirts, bumper stickers and patches are something that 'ibles can source and make within themselves, thay can afford to do that...
Yeah, sorry to say, but bumper sticker isn't much reward for answering questions which have brought you a lot of traffic. A bumper sticker for therefore getting you more traffic? Can I trade it in for a T-Shirt?
