Introduction: 1-minute Irish Espresso
This is a recipe for a mini Irish Coffee.
It's FAST, SIMPLE and DELICIOUS
I love it after dinner
Step 1: Ingredients
- Espresso coffe: I suggest you to use Ristretto from Nespresso, but I can you your favorite one (illy is also great). The important thing is that you chose a strong-taste coffee
- Baileys
- Warm water or something to warm the coffee cup
- An espresso cup
WARM UP THE COFFEE CUP BEFORE USE
This step should be always done before pouring any coffee into the cup
This time is more important since the Baileys will be cold
Step 2: Add the Baileys
Pour the Baileys into the warm cup.
The proportions should be 1 part of Baileys and 4 parts of coffee
Step 3: Brew the Coffe
Brew the coffee but DON'T add sugar. Baileys is already sweet enough.
TIP: I prefer not to stir it so that you can still distinct the flavors.

Looks tasty, I prefer my espresso the opposite of how you prepare yours. I use a frozen stainless steel espresso set (generally with condensed milk). I will have to try this, the wife and I love our Nespresso.
