As cool as the glass scooping out the avo is, there is a drawback. The most nutrient-dense area of the avo is the area closest to the inner skin. It looks like a lot of that was left behind after the glass scoop. Suggestion: First cut the avo into quarters then attempt to literally peel off the skin starting at one of the pointed corners. It has to be carefully and slowly and doesn't work with every one, but when it does, beautifully leaves 99.9% of the fruit perfectly peeled.
