Introduction: 1984 Toyota Pickup Bumper
Step 1:
Take your idea to some paper board. This is really easy to work with because if you mess up then it's an easy repair.
Step 2:
Now it's all just plasma cutting and welding. I used a M.I.G welder. Then after a little cutting I just had to grind the welds down
Step 3:
Now see how it looks. I put a winch in my bumper. So I had to set it on there and measure for the winch hole.
Step 4:
Then paint it the desired color and bang you have yourself a good looking bumper.

I need a welder and metal working tools, I've got an 87 toyota pickup that decided it didn't like ice and wanted to meet a wall more, now I need a better bumper, and hood.. but it runs.

I like the cardboard mock-up. I will do that when I get to building some bumpers for a 1993 4Runner
