Introduction: 2 Ingredient Flatbread

Step 1: Gather Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 cup flour

Step 2: Mix Ingredients

Mix flour and yogurt until dough comes together in a ball

Step 3: Prepare Dough

Place ball of dough onto floured surface. Divide the dough into 4 equal sections. Take each section and roll out into thin circle.

Step 4: Cook

Place one rolled out dough into dry cast iron pan. Cook over medium heat 2-4 minutes a side.

Flatbread with Hummus and Zatar

Enjoy your homemade flatbread with hummus sprinkled with zatar seasoning

Garlic Bread Flatbread

Top flatbread with diced garlic, oregano, parsley, basil and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Broil 1-2 minutes to melt cheese.

Pepperoni Pizza Flatbread

Top with pizza sauce, pepperoni and Mozzarella cheese (or other desired pizza toppings). Broil 1-2 minutes to melt cheese.

Dessert Flatbread

Brush on melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and drizzle with icing

Icing: 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1Tbsp milk whisked together and drizzle on top
