Introduction: 2-Ingredient Ice Cream (Dairy Free)
Who wouldn't want homemade ice cream made in seconds with only 2 ingredients !? This recipe fits the bill and is sure to become one of your "go to" sweet treats especially when you don't have a lot of time.
Step 1: Ingredients
- 2 cups, sliced frozen bananas
- 1/4 cup, coconut milk
Step 2: Pulse Away!
- Add half the portion of the coconut milk and half the bananas to a food processor. Pulse for 7-10 seconds.(I add half so as not to crowd the machine but feel free to add the entire amount if you have a larger processor)
- Add the remainder of the ingredients and pulse until no large banana chunks are left. Extra 7-10 seconds.
Step 3: Eat!
With a cone, in a bowl or on top of some pie! This simple recipe can be enjoyed any way you like it!

Do you peel and slice the bananas before you freeze them?

You also can blend some chocolate syrup into it for chocolate ice cream. Or blend your favorite flavor of fruit jams or preserves, or food flavorings like vanilla, butter rum, walnut, almond, etc.......
