Introduction: 2-minute Microwave Egg Pie
One day my too-hungry nieces wanted me to make them breakfast, and because they like egg but find it hard to keep the fillings of a sandwich inside it, I decided to make them this quick microwave egg pie. In this instructable, I will show you how to make it in detail.
Supplies
We will need:
- Aish Baladi (Egyptian flatbread) or any preferable flatbread.
- 2 eggs.
- Salt and pepper.
- 1/2 a teaspoon of butter ghee.
Step 1: Cracking Eggs
Put the bread on a microwave-safe plate and crack 2 eggs on the loaf.
Step 2: Adding Spices
Add half a teaspoon of butter ghee then sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3: Starry Egg
Stir the eggs gently with a fork as if you are painting starry night.
Step 4: Baking
Bake the pie in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Step 5: Serve!
Serve the pie on the same plate, slice it and enjoy your easy tasty meal.
