You will need a square piece of paper, and a pair of scissors

Step 1: Fold the Paper in Half Diagonally to Make a Triangle

Step 2: Fold in Half Again So the Corners Meet

Step 3: Fold Into Thirds With the Left Corner Overlapped

Step 4: Cut the Pointed Ends Off

Step 5: Cut Your Folded Paper Any Way You'd Like

Step 6: Unfold the Paper

Step 7: You Have a Snowflake!
