Introduction: 3 Ingredient Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookies

This is a roughly 25 minute recipe that uses egg, peanut butter, and white sugar to create peanut butter cookies!

Supplies

-1 cup of peanut butter

-1 cup of sugar

-1 egg

-mixing bowl

-spoon

-baking sheet

-oven

Step 1: Combine Ingredients

  1. Mix egg, sugar, and peanut butter in mixing bowl until homogenous

Step 2: Turn on the Oven

Turn on oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Step 3: Portion Out the Cookie Dough

On a baking sheet, make balls of the cookie dough and space them out evenly

Step 4: Put Cookies in the Oven

Once the oven is pre-heated add the tray with cookie dough to the oven and set a timer for ten minutes

Step 5: Taking Cookies Out of the Oven

At ten minutes check on the cookies and either take them out if the edges have browned and are firm or set a two minute timer to check on them until the edges are browned and firmed up

Step 6: Cooling and Eating

Let cool for a few minutes outside of the oven and enjoy!
