Introduction: 3 Ingredient Nutella Truffles


130g / 3/4 Cup Chocolate Chips

130g / 1/2 Cup Nutella

125ml / 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream

Heat up the cream in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour out the chocolate chips into a bowl and cover with the hot cream. Leave to sit for a few minutes before stirring. Finally add the Nutella and continue to stir the mixture until everything is homogeneous. Leave to the mixture to chill for 2 hours.

Step 2: COAT

Once chilled, scoop out spoonfuls of the mixture and roll into balls. Finish by coating the truffles in cocoa powder, icing sugar and chopped up hazelnuts.
