Introduction: 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
This is my first Instructable, so I hope you enjoy!!!
Step 1: Ingredients
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of peanut butter
1 egg
Step 2:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and bake for 10-12 minutes
Add ingredients to bowl and mix all the ingredients until creamy
Step 3:
Scoop onto baking sheet into balls. (if its a not non-stick baking sheet, then use wax paper or non-stick spray)
Step 4:
Then, press fork onto cookie to make criss cross pattern, as shown above.
Step 5:
They should look like this before you stick them in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
Step 6: : Bonus
While those are baking, you can melt chocolate chips to glazed the peanut butter cookies with, if you choose to. Put the chocolate chips into microwave safe bowl and melt in 30 second intervals while stirring.
Step 7:
Take the cookies out the oven and let them cool for a few minutes and transfer them to wire rack.
Step 8: : Bonus
If you choose to drizzle the chocolate on the peanut butter cookies, then do so after they have cooled. They should like this:

My aunt had an emergency with a group picnnic, and these cookies cam out perfectly!

I made these the other night. Swapped out half the white sugar for light brown sugar. They came out great. So, I guess I made 4-Ingredient Cookies instead.

Many years ago my children's doctor gave us this recipe because they are wheat free. They are delicious and we still make them today for our grandchildren.
