Introduction: 3D DESIGNED AND 3D PRINTED JEWELRY

Jewellery is a decorative item for humans. And jewellery items all made of some costly materials. like gold, platinum, silver...etc., but here it's a new creation. we all know 3d printing is a great innovation in this world.

The common name is jewellery but it consists of so many types of decorative items. like Necklaces, Chokers, bracelets, bangles, earrings, rings, and more.

Here we are going to see a combination of 3D model design, 3D printing, Creative idea. finally, we will get 3D printed Jewellery.


I used Thinkercad for 3D model design and for 3d printing Ultimaker Cura is the best one.


My jewellery items are a 3D printed Analog watch, 3D printed Bracelet, 3D printed Ring

in this instructable product making and all instructions, I explained detailly in video section so follow the instructions and make your own 3D printed jewellery.

Step 1: CREATE 3D PRINTED ANALOG WATCH

3d printed analog watch,

this creation involved the following tasks:

1. 3d model design(thinkercad tool)

2. 3d printing (Creality enter 3 - 3d printer)

3. product assembly

Materials required for 3d printed analog watch:

  • PLA 3d printing filament
  • Fevigel
  • Double side velcro

Step 2: CREATE 3D PRINTED BRACELET

3d printed bracelet,

this creation involved the following tasks:

1. 3d model design(thinkercad tool)

2. 3d printing (Creality enter 3 - 3d printer)

3. product assembly

Materials required for 3d printed bracelet:

  1. PLA 3d printing filament
  2. Fevigel

Step 3: CREATE 3D PRINTED RING

3d printed ring,

this creation involved the following tasks:

1. 3d model design(thinkercad tool)

2. 3d printing (Creality enter 3 - 3d printer)

3. product assembly

Materials required for 3d printed bracelet:

  1. PLA 3d printing filament
  2. Fevigel

Learn the basics of thinker cad and make some fun projects.

use the basic tools and dimensions of the product to design.

Step 5: PRODUCT MAKING BY 3D PRINTER

Here i am using 3d printing (Creality enter 3 - 3d printer)

PLA filament for 3d printer

design files sliced in Ultimaker Cura 3d printing software.

Export each component as an STL file, and send them to the Ultimaker Cura 3D printing software.
I used the following settings in the Creality Ender 3D printer.

Printer Nozzle Size: 1mm

Supports: enabled

Retraction Distance: 10 mm

Retraction retract speed: 60 mm/sec

Prime speed: 30 mm/sec

Z hop when retracted: enabled

Max Z speed: 120 mm/s

Z hop height: 1 mm

Travel speed: 200 mm/s

Layer height: 0.15 mm

Print temp initial layer: 200 Temperatures

Print Bed Temperature: 60 Temperatures

Main Printing Temperature: 180 Temperature (degrees) for main

print tempOverhang: 30 degrees

Brim: enabled Support Pattern: Grid Support

Placement: Touching build Plate

Support Overhanging angle: 45 All the

other settings: default Material: PLA

Infill Density: 10

Initial Layer height: 0.2
