Introduction: 3d Print Mold for Silicone Patch Label
Hello I print with my 3d printer prusa i3 mk3 a mold to make a label silicone patch, I discovered by chance that the wd40 was compatible with silicone and that it allowed to make it more fluent without altering the composition
Step 1: Step 01:Slicone and Other.. :)
this picture is a silicone i use for create this silicone patch.
material:
ACANSIL 3022 BASE.
CATALYST and WD40.
proportion about quantity
SILICONE 10 GRAMMES
WD40 2 GRAMMES
CATALYST 1.5 GRAMMES (RED is fast curing)
Step 2: Step 2: Color and Mixing
for yellow and other color i using Smooth-On so-strong

i mixt silicone in first and after add WD40 and catalyst
Step 3: Step 3: Silicone Into Mold
after silicone is mixted i put inside a mold and wait for one hours.
Step 4: Step 4: Next Color
After one hour i preparing the grey color and put in the mold over the yellow color.
Step 5: Step 5 : Unmold
after waiting 3 hours ,unmold silicone patch :)

Nice, but instead of making a plastic mold to make a silicon object, I want to make a mold from a piece of plastic with silicon and use the silicon mold to made plastic parts....is this possible?
