Some notes:

I didn't have the common sense to write down the printer settings - sorry about that!

This copy was printed in PLA (Miami Hot Pink Deluxe: Semitransparent!) with rafts and needed an hour or so to remove and trim away extra material to make a good fit. A test copy printed in ABS with rafts fitted without trimming, ymmv.
