Hi my 4th of parade was cancelled so i decided to up my own game by making this hat

Supplies

you will need.

*3 long balloons *a balloon pumperuper *tape *1 of those mini windmill thing

blow up all the balloons.

Step 2: Step 2

tape all the balloons together

Step 3: Step 3

tape mini windmill to balloons

Step 4: Your Done!
