Discover how to power 5mm LEDs or any low-power LEDs using voltages ranging from 5V to 12V. Learn the essentials of building this setup, but always prioritize safety. Step 1: Gather Components & Be Safe

Begin by collecting the necessary components listed below:

- 5mm LED or LEDs of your choice

- Capacitor (I utilized 100uF 63V)

- 1K resistor (choose 1 or 2 based on your preference)

- Diode 1N4007

- Wires

- PCB (if you prefer a permanent setup)

Step 2: Making & Testing

In Step 2, connect your components following the schematic.(Feel free to use any of these 2 circuits with 1 or 2 resistors, they both work same) Thoroughly inspect for solder bridges and mistakes, verifying at least twice. Connect power to GND and VCC, and link LEDs to OUT and GND. It's a straightforward process.
