Introduction: 5 Minute Bbq Pizza

About: Small time web designer and light industrial worker.

This is my first instructable and I decided to create something simple as well as tasty. The pizza should take less than five minutes to create and cook.

Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients

You will need some basic ingredients such as the following:

1. Pizza Crust - I used Camillo's 7" Pizza Crust. I spent $1 on a two pack.
2. BBQ Sauce - I decided to use Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet 'n Spicy Sauce.
3. Cheese Toppings - I did not have a selection of cheeses but used a Mexican Cheese. I would recommend Mozzarella Cheese.

You can optionally add other toppings to your BBQ pizza to specialize it to your liking. I decided to add cooked chicken to my pizza.

My pizza was easily made by going to Dollar Tree and picking up the Crust and BBQ sauce. The rest of my ingredients I had in the fridge.

Step 2: Lets Start Putting It Together

Start by taking the pizza crust and placing it on a plate. Squeeze enough BBQ sauce on the crust to cover over half. Take a spoon and spread around the BBQ sauce. It often tastes better to evenly spread out the sauce on the crust. Time to place your cheese on the pizza as well. Be sure to place a little extra cheese on top as the melting will make the cheese seem like you did not put much on top.

Step 3: Cook the Pizza

This step is by far the easiest. You will take the pizza and place it in the microwave. Set the timer for 1 minute. That should be plenty of time to melt the cheese. If the cheese is not yet melted, cook for another 15 seconds. Proceed to cut your pizza and enjoy each slice.

Step 4: Adding Extras

I decided to add some cooked pieces of chicken to my pizza. Because the chicken is already cooked it is safe to enjoy your meal.

May not help with fasting but you could add veggies on top. Make it a little healthier.

If you're a fan of BBQ sauce or even just plain pizza sauce, this pizza is an easy edible delight. Takes about 3 minutes to prepare and cook. The cost is very minimal as well. I recommend adding some extra toppings for added flavor.
