Love it love it love it! I can't even express how much i love this recipe! I've used it many times and it is only now that I remembered to write a comment. Thanks again!

This was great! I didn't have any coconut, but I instead added about a
tablespoon of cocoa powder about an extra half-tablespoon of sugar to
the mix. Once it cooled, I rolled it in more sweet rice flour with just a
little bit of powdered sugar to help with the graininess of the flour.
Straight powdered sugar is *way* too sweet, but the rice flour was a
little too rough-textured by itself.

Also, because I was careless
with my plastic wrap and let it dip into the batter, I had to get a new
piece for the second microwaving, as the original was near melting. All
in all, my wife and I were both very impressed with it!

Mochi is dense like a gummy bear, but soft and forgiving like a marshmallow.

The end result should be pretty soft and chewy, but still solid, not runny. When you're preparing it, it will be pretty sticky
What is the consistency of Mochi?
