Step 1: Base

Taking Yellow I placed that as my base.

Step 2: Lines

Taking black I made my detailed lines on the mask.

Step 3: Highlight

then grabbing white I added highlights.

Step 4: Shadows and Details

taking a matte black eyeshadow I added shadows and angry lines.
